Senior Educator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to lead a team of Educators in delivering exceptional educational programs.

Job Role:

A Senior Educator will take charge of their own room, guiding their team to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of all children.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. This includes maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment that meets the unique needs of every child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to enhance teaching practices
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
