Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team and assist with the upkeep of our residential complex.

This role entails gardening duties, including plant trimming, tree maintenance, lawn mowing, pool upkeep, and other tasks as assigned by our Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a current manual driver's license and be able to commute or relocate to the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various gardening tasks, such as pruning, weeding, and fertilizing plants and trees.
  • Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Assist with pool maintenance, including cleaning and water testing.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment and report any issues to our Manager.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current manual driver's license.
  • Relocation or commuting options to our area.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
