Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior residential maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with work orders in apartments, including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
  • Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed, and assist with turnover of apartments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Prior residential maintenance experience (not required but preferred).
  • Working cell phone and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
