Residential Maintenance Associate

Residential Maintenance Associates are essential to the delivery of an exceptional guest experience at our hotels. Your key responsibilities will be focused on providing a clean and well-maintained environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas to meet the required standards.
- Replenish guest supplies and advertising materials in bedrooms and bathrooms to the correct standards.
- Report any lost property following established procedures.
- Handle guest laundry in accordance with hotel policy.
- Use and maintain equipment with care, reporting any defects as outlined in the procedures manual.
- Maintain all departmental equipment to a high standard.
- Ensure security protocols are adhered to when handling keys and access to guest rooms.
- Understand and adhere to guidelines for cleaning agents, health and safety regulations, and manufacturer instructions.
