Job Title: International Freight Export Operator

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated freight professional to join our team as an International Freight Export Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the export process from start to finish, including interacting with service providers and clients, and creating export documentation.

  • Managing the export process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers worldwide.
  • Developing strong relationships with service providers and clients to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Creating accurate and comprehensive export documentation, including customs forms and commercial invoices.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain management.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in export operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in export documentation software and systems.
