We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. As a key player in the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Accurate data entry and management
  • Efficient coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining accurate HR records in employee files and HR systems
  • Responding to HR-related queries from stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Formal qualifications in HR or similar
  • Experience with HRIS systems
