About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Cook to bring fresh, delicious meals to our guests. As a Cook, you'll prepare and serve high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.

This hands-on role will suit someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic kitchen setting.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standard. You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared to a high standard and presented in an appealing way.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment and keeping storage areas organized.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a cook/chef role (hotel or hospitality environment desirable)
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
