Job Description

We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to oversee the visual presentation of our stores, maximizing sales and profit through effective execution of visual directives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Senior VM position or Cluster role, with tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV / Diploma) being an advantage.

They will be passionate about creating a great customer shopping experience and have excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed efficiently.

The successful candidate will report into the State Visual Merchandise Manager and be responsible for:

  • Executing visual updates and communicating direction to stores
  • Managing the Merchandise presentation guidelines and its roll-out execution across the region
  • Developing the IVM and store teams to deliver visual excellence in line with company guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of our brands and fashion industry trends
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV / Diploma)
