Regional Visual Merchandising Business Partner

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced visual merchandiser to join our team and drive commercial success across multiple locations. As a Regional Visual Merchandising Business Partner, you will be responsible for championing our visual merchandising standards, guiding and empowering store teams, and ensuring in-store displays meet commercial expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion Fantastic Furniture's visual merchandising standards across multi-site locations.
  • Guide, coach and empower store teams to execute VM strategy with consistency and confidence.
  • Ensure in-store displays meet commercial expectations - with hanger appeal, correct lighting, steaming and layout.
  • Manage and execute store openings and refurbishments, delivering on brand, on time, and efficiently.
  • Plan and deliver monthly and weekly VM calendars, including window displays and in-store installations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve VM processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyse sales performance and apply data-driven insights to VM decisions.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in visual merchandising, including experience in a multi-site environment. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, you will need to have a valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' visual merchandising experience, including at least 1 year in a multi-site role.
  • Background in retail (furniture, bulky goods or homewares preferred).
  • Strong Adobe Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical mindset - ability to use sales data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach - willing to roll up your sleeves and move furniture when needed.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
