Visual Merchandiser - Charlestown

The **Visual Merchandiser** is accountable for upholding City Beach visual merchandising standards in our retail stores. You will help to create an appealing and shoppable environment for our customers by maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising formats. You will also support our store teams on the sales floor, creating exceptional and memorable experiences for our customers.

**What you'll be doing**:
Install and maintain visual merchandising formats (including windows and in-store concepts, layout, fixture placement and product merchandising).
-Organise and execute the set up for all promotional events and installations within set time frames and to company standards.
-Work with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation including keeping our shopfloor neat and tidy.
-Communicate and educate visual standards to ensure that the company visual merchandising strategy is understood and executed by the store team.
-Collaborate with the store leadership team to identify opportunities, issues, or needs as it relates to store visual merchandising standards.
-Recommend and execute strategies to create a more appealing and shoppable environment for our customers.
-Support the store team by assisting on the sales floor when necessary.

**What we're looking for**:
Previous experience in a visual merchandiser or similar role.
-Working knowledge and understanding of visual merchandising trends and best practices.
-Ability to problem solve and manage time effectively.
-An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
-Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands.
