Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be the first point of contact for all business performance dashboards and reporting deliverables for one of our esteemed clients who is a key player in their industry. In this client-facing role, you will play a vital role in helping our people and our customers see and understand their data, driving adoption and effective use of technology on the account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for the client, Account Team in the areas of Business Intelligence, Performance Reporting & Account technology use.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client, central JLL Tech team, and on-account leadership team.
  • Translate client and account business needs into customer problem statements with sized ROI and effort estimates.
  • Accountable for developing and delivering key contractual reports, such as the Monthly Management Report, Quarterly Business Report, and Annual performance reports, in line with the agreed governance framework.
  • Monitor dashboards for data accuracy by interrogating core systems at regular intervals.
  • Monitor technology delivery against contracted solutions and ensure compliance with information security and compliance requirements.
  • Drive the culture of continuous innovation and improvement, serving as a subject matter expert for the Tech-stack on the account.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in corporate real estate is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in technology, business technology, project management, or a professional degree with a focus on project management/technology.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Intelligence, data science, computer science, econometrics, operations research, statistics, information management, or a related analytical field is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with data modeling using Kimball principles or data vault is preferred.
  • PMP or PSM certification is an advantage.
  • Strong business analysis, consulting/advisory, and/or project or client management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and tell the story behind the data.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau preferred), querying databases (SQL), ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, SSIS, Informatica), and data manipulation.
