As a Sales Performance Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Sales performance management & analysis for the International Card Services (ICS) business across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive sales performance dashboards and analysis spanning all markets within the region.
  • Develop and produce sales performance reporting and dashboards, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Conduct frequent modeling and deep dive analysis to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Support projects and processes in areas such as global, international, and regional initiatives, sales planning and forecasting, and annual individual and leader target setting.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including senior market leaders, business planners, and analysts, to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in all activities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL skills, with experience in Tableau or Power BI.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
