About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our Field Performance & Insights (FP&I) team in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales performance management & analysis for the International Card Services (ICS) business across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Sales performance dashboards and analysis spanning all markets within the region.
  • Develop and produce Sales performance reporting/dashboards.
  • Conduct frequent modeling and deep dive analysis.
  • Ensure dashboard quality and consistency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders as required.
  • Support projects & processes in areas such as Global, International & Regional initiatives, Sales planning & forecasting processes, Annual individual and leader target setting, Annual scorecard design & alignment, and Dashboard creation and maintenance.
  • Partner with key stakeholders such as Senior Market leaders, business planners & analysts, Analytics & Strategic Insights, Amex technology teams, and Business Partners.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Solid SQL base/experience, Tableau or Power BI, Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and commitment to quality, and Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
