Merchandise Planner Role

We are seeking a Merchandise Planner to join our planning team. This role will be based in Cremorne and involves working collaboratively with Buying to develop detailed buying plans and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for buying, ensuring brand strategies and financial goals are met.
  • Oversee the planning and re-forecasting of key items and volume lines, managing OTB and continually identifying opportunities for achieving financial objectives.
  • Review store sales and allocations with Planning Assistants.
  • Liaise with internal & external teams as required.
Requirements
  • Allocation experience within retail - Apparel ideal.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capability.
