Job Opportunity

The role of Stock Optimisation Specialist involves maximising sales and ensuring the efficient allocation of stock across stores. Collaborating closely with Merchandise Planning, Buyers and Branch Merch teams, you will be responsible for allocating new stock to stores in line with release plans, managing replenishment and reviewing product performance to optimise store allocation.

This key position requires effective communication and collaboration with the wider team on weekly trade meetings and release plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring stock flow from distribution centres to stores, producing key reporting on product performance, stock levels and allocations, and providing insights to support sales opportunities and minimise stock risk.

As a vital member of the Fashion Planning team, you will contribute to driving sell-through, managing replenishment and supporting store performance. With a focus on strategic planning and problem-solving, you will work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.
