Responsibilities
- Conducting single-service assessments
- Facilitating independence to help clients achieve their goals and return to work
- Coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Relevant registration with the appropriate bodies
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
