Store Assistant

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver first-class customer service and ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including cash handling and point-of-sale management.
- Resolve any customer complaints in a fair and consistent manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for retail and a drive to succeed.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Previous experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is desirable.
