We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Team Lead to join our Inbound & Inventory department at our Spare Parts facility.

The Inbound & Inventory Team Leader will oversee the safe, precise, and efficient handling of incoming shipments and inventory management by guiding a dedicated team. You will lead and mentor team members to adhere to established processes and achieve targets within designated timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health and Safety policies to maintain a secure working environment. Supervise the unloading, receiving, identification, verification, repacking, and storage of inbound orders within specified lead times. Collaborate with shipping, supply chain planning, and product management teams to address any inbound delivery and inventory challenges promptly. Manage and oversee the company's inventory, including stock profiles and locations. Provide ongoing training and support for the SAP EWM system and related procedures to all team members in inbound, inventory, and replenishment operations. Serve as the primary internal contact for inquiries and issue resolution regarding warehouse inventory and inbound deliveries by managing the Salesforce queue. Lead the team in adhering to Work Health and Safety standards and company policies, ensuring timely reporting of incidents and hazards while conducting initial investigations for the Inbound & Inventory Team. Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with Warehouse Management to implement agreed enhancements. Work alongside the Outbound Team and Warehouse Admin Team to resolve issues identified during the picking and replenishment processes.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead and manage teams - Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role is essential. Strong understanding of Inventory Management Processes, including stock control. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with warehouse management systems (SAP preferred). Forklift License LO/LF is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
