Job Title: Assistant Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our property development team, you will play a vital role in advising and analysing key development projects in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update project financial models to ensure accurate forecasting and decision-making.
  • Prepare due diligence reports for development sites, providing critical insights to inform investment decisions.
  • Assist Development Managers in obtaining updated cost forecasts, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Provide high-level analysis and reporting on each project, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Regularly report to line managers on progress, budgets, risks, and opportunities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an ADM, Project Management, Analyst, or Town Planning capacity.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Property, Commerce, Planning, Engineering, or Project Management are essential.
  • Strong financial acumen and feasibility skills are required to drive project success.
  • A passion for property and a desire to commit to the company long-term and build a career are essential.
