About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join our land-lease division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advising and analysing key development in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project financial models to ensure accurate forecasting and decision-making.
  • Prepare due diligence reports for development sites, providing critical insights for our clients.
  • Assist Development Managers in obtaining updated cost forecasts, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
  • Provide high-level analysis and reporting on each project, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Regularly report to your line manager on progress, budgets, risks, and opportunities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an ADM, Project Management, Analyst, or Town Planning capacity.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Property, Commerce, Planning, Engineering, or Project Management are essential.
  • Strong financial acumen and feasibility skills are required to drive business growth and success.
  • A passion for property and a desire to commit to our company long-term are essential for career development and progression.
