About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join our land-lease division. The successful candidate will play a key part in advising and analysing key development in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project financial models
  • Prepare due diligence reports for development sites
  • Assist Development Managers in obtaining updated cost forecasts
  • Provide high-level analysis and reporting on each project
  • Report regularly to line manager on progress, budgets, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an ADM, Project Management, Analyst or Town Planning capacity
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Property, Commerce, Planning, Engineering, or Project Management is essential
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong feasibility skills
  • Passion for property and desire to commit to the company long-term and build a career
