**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administration.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging their skills and expertise to drive business success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Support employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Administer HR programs, such as employee benefits, leave management, and employee recognition initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
