Job Description

The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the sales team's productivity, fostering effective collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position involves supporting account managers with inbound enquiries, sales transactions, and internal/external customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the organization, driving business growth and improving customer outcomes.
  • Implement process improvements, ensuring seamless communication and partnerships across the business.
  • Maintain and update critical business documentation, including the Customer Operations Manual.
  • Ensure the sales database remains up-to-date, providing valuable insights for business development.
  • Support internal stakeholders with sales transactions, addressing customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Drive new and renewal business by preparing relevant information regarding opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a similar field is preferred, along with training in sales methodologies. A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales operations, ideally in cyber security, technology, or professional services, is also essential.

You should be able to process and manage new business, renewals, alterations, and cancellations to high standards of customer service. Additionally, experience providing administrative support for tenders, bids, and sales-related documents is highly valued.
