About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to provide clinical leadership for our counselling teams, specialising in individual, family, and relationship services. The successful candidate will promote client wellbeing and safety through ethical, evidence-based practices, while ensuring counsellors are provided professional development and clinical supervision in accordance with organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to counselling teams
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to promote client wellbeing and safety
  • Ensure counsellors receive professional development and clinical supervision
  • Collaborate with the Practice Quality Leadership group and Management team to drive continuous improvement
  • Uphold RA-NT's reputation for excellence in therapeutic services
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
  • Eligibility for membership of relevant professional association
  • Extensive experience in a broad range of client services and counselling practices
  • Proven experience in clinical supervision and evaluating counselling programs
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to a multi-disciplinary team environment
