Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Practice Lead to provide clinical leadership for our counselling teams, specialising in individual, family, and relationship services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to counsellors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to promote client wellbeing and safety.
- Collaborate with the Practice Quality Leadership group and Management team to drive continuous improvement and uphold our reputation for excellence in therapeutic services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures related to clinical practice.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for counsellors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- Eligibility for membership of relevant professional association (e.g. AASW, APS, ACA, PACFA).
- Extensive experience in a broad range of client services and counselling practices.
- Proven experience in clinical supervision and evaluating counselling programs.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills, good administrative abilities, and record keeping.
- Extensive exposure to or understanding of services relating to children, couples, and family therapy.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working with clients and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, First Aid Certificate, and NT Drivers Licence.
