Senior People and Culture Leader for Hotels

This role is critical for enabling hotels in Australia to achieve their commercial objectives through attracting, retaining, and developing talent. As a Senior People and Culture Leader, you will partner with hotel teams to build strong relationships and contribute to the Elevate P&C strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Alignment: Contribute to the Elevate P&C strategy by bringing insights from hotel portfolios and implementing People Strategies.
- Culture and Performance: Drive initiatives that foster high-performance cultures, adaptability, and positive employee experiences.
- Cross-Brand Synergy: Promote consistency and shared efforts across hotel brands and business areas.
- Engagement Initiatives: Partner with stakeholders to roll out employee experience surveys and ensure actionable insights align with broader Hotel and P&C objectives.
- Change Management: Oversee and lead organisational changes for the portfolio.
Operational Excellence:
- Operational Efficiency: Contribute to streamlining People and Culture processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements in HR processes.
Employee Relations and WHS:
- Employee Resolution: Serve as a primary point of contact for addressing employee grievances and facilitating resolution.
- Risk Management: Collaborate with Legal Counsel Employment Relations to manage and mitigate employment and industrial relations risks.
Talent:
- Talent Management: Champion recruitment, development, and retention strategies to attract and nurture top talent.
- Talent Development: Cultivate a continuous learning environment for the portfolio, providing opportunities for employees to upskill and reskill.
