About the Role
The New Zealand Defence Force is seeking a skilled Weapon Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Weapon Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of sophisticated equipment that provides our Navy's fighting capability.
You will lead a team of skilled technicians and be responsible for the procurement and through-life support of our ships. You will also be responsible for the training and management of our officers and sailors.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with other members of the senior leadership team to achieve the ship's objectives.

Requirements
- BE(Hons) or BEngTech in a field such as electrical, electronics or computer engineering
- Minimum of 17 years of age upon entry
- Free of any criminal convictions
