Senior Business Growth Facilitator

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic growth facilitator to drive our expansion and penetrate new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Market Penetration: Identify and cultivate business opportunities within key sectors, including food, medical, logistics, infrastructure, government, and education.
- Strategic Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships at all levels of the customer's organization, including c-suite executives and influential decision-makers. Deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals.
- Opportunity Development: Generate new leads through strategic marketing initiatives, industry seminars, and direct outreach to machine makers, large end-users, and system integrators.
- Solution Alignment: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to customize solutions that meet client needs and drive strategic growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor market trends, adjust strategies, and provide insights to drive ongoing improvement and achieve targeted outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the automation, robotic, or similar fields. Proficiency in technologies such as plc, iot, and robotics is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders at all organisational levels, including c-suite. Demonstrated experience in high-stakes presentations and proposal development.
- Leadership Qualities: Proven strategic vision with a track record of inspiring and motivating others. Strong aptitude for setting and achieving ambitious goals.
