You'll play a key part in shaping the future of digital services and contributing to impactful projects that make a difference to NSW customers.Key responsibilities: Identify and analyse existing business processes, systems and other functional requirements to document and recommend improvements to enhance business operations and performance.Liaise with the internal customers and stakeholders to review and monitor effectiveness of tools, systems, methods and standards to ensure consistency and quality of outcomes.Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain consensus for change initiatives to facilitate scoping and setting business priorities.Gather, analyse and translate business data to meaningful insights to support informed decision making to improve the effectiveness of processes and programs.Partner with stakeholders to ensure requirements and standards are met and best practice techniques are used.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Experience in business analysis in an agile environmentAbility to identify and elicit requirements to document and recommend enhancements that align with Business Outcome.Strong relationship building skills and significant experienced guiding and developing requirements.Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically and innovatively to identify issues and develop recommendations to solve problemsExperience in understanding and analysis of technical concepts which may include basic knowledge of programming languages, databases and systems architectureExperience in technical data analytics will be highly regarded How to Apply An up-to-date CV and a brief cover letter outlining how your skills and experience are aligned to the role.
