Job Description:

Sydney Water is seeking a talented individual to manage increasing complexities and risks brought by their Long-Term Capital and Operational Plan. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop innovative commercial structures and pricing in response to regulatory changes, supporting sector growth while protecting existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Leadership: Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to support Sydney Water's business objectives.
  • Project Execution: Execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Negotiation: Represent Sydney Water in high-level negotiations with major data centre developers, safeguarding water security and service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in commercial leadership, ideally within utilities or high-demand sectors.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills at senior levels.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth.
