About the RoleAs a Customer Experience Associate, your responsibilities will include interacting with customers, answering their queries and providing excellent service. You'll work in the checkouts and assisted checkouts area, scanning items, processing payments and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
About You and Your Skills- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
- Knowledge of products and services to answer customer queries accurately
- Ability to be active - you'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate lifting and reaching
- Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings and weekends)
