We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our centre in delivering high-quality education programs for young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative learning programs focusing on exploration, discovery, and play.
- Lead a team to create a safe and secure environment that supports children's growth and development.
- Build strong relationships with families to ensure their children receive the best education and care.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and excellence within the centre.
- Tertiary Qualifications (Bachelor's degree) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
- VIT/Teacher's registration in VIC.
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.
