Online Operations Leader

The Online Duty Manager is responsible for leading a team in achieving sales targets and cost control. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coach and motivate team members, and a customer-centric approach.
About The RoleThis position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online department. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be accountable for managing the online department, including rostering, visual merchandising, safety compliance, and stock management.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team with leadership experience and coach them to achieve sales targets and cost control.
- Take a team approach to rostering needs and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Maintain high safety, compliance, and stock management standards while keeping things simple and inspiring customers.
- Foster a one-team culture that recognizes and celebrates success.
