This is an exciting role for a seasoned retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our Online Department. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, controlling costs, and rostering staff effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer experience and will lead by example, inspiring their team to deliver outstanding service and support to our diverse customer base.

You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
