Job Description

This role involves working as an advisor on our board, contributing to strategic decision-making and governance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of clinical, industry, legal, or financial areas, and a commitment to Catholic social service values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on business development and growth strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and external partners.
Requirements

Candidates must possess a strong track record of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-executive capacity. A proven ability to build and maintain high-performing teams, drive business growth, and navigate complex organizational dynamics is essential.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
