About the Role

As an Executive Assistant in our Intellectual Property group, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to two Partners and a team of lawyers. This varied role encompasses managing diaries and inboxes, monthly billing and financial management, assisting with court processes, and supporting commercial IP transactions.

  • Diary and inbox management requires strong organisational skills to ensure seamless communication and coordination among teams.
  • Monthly billing, accounts reporting and financial management demands attention to detail and proficiency in financial software.
  • Assisting with court processes involves coordinating filings, preparing documents, and communicating with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting commercial IP transactions involves document management, liaising with clients, and managing regulatory processes.
  • Document and file management across multiple matters necessitates a systematic approach to organisation and retrieval.
  • Liaising with clients, government bodies, and external stakeholders requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Managing e-filing and other regulatory processes demands technical expertise and attention to detail.
  • Coordinating travel, including flights and accommodation, is a critical aspect of this role that requires efficient time management and organisation.
