Job Title: Intellectual Property Specialist

As a Trade Marks Practice Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and inputting data into our case management database, supporting the trade mark attorneys with communications to clients and IP Offices, providing general administrative support to the team, and maintaining data in the relevant systems database.

These responsibilities require a high level of skill across various administrative tasks and advanced capability within the Trade Marks Practice Specialisation.

About You
  • We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within a law firm or trade marks attorney practice.
  • You will have specialised knowledge of Australian, New Zealand and global trade marks and design practice.
  • You should possess strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • You must have strong organisation skills and the ability to thrive in an environment of continuous change.
  • You should demonstrate a high degree of initiative, proactivity and problem-solving skills.
  • You will need to work well within a team environment and have a desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others.
