Program Manager Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our onboarding process. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating, improving, and innovating the experience of delivery partners in Australia and Singapore.

This role involves owning the onboarding funnel end-to-end, from initial contact to full integration into our system. You will work closely with prospect delivery partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience developing and managing channel programs, with a strong understanding of marketing communications and sales or acquisition experience. They will also possess 3+ years of SQL coding experience and database analysis skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong team player with ability to influence and work collaboratively across different departments. The successful candidate will establish marketing direction and vision across the organization, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including delivery partners, vendors, and internal teams. Your ability to work independently and autonomously will be essential in this role.
