Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced business-minded marketer to join its Sydney office. This exciting role focuses on developing retail/channel marketing, online retail executions, and in-store marketing programs for Meta Reality Labs hardware.
This role will be responsible for managing the company's retail presence across Australia, including creating best-in-class consumer shopping experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with other Channel Marketing Managers to achieve team objectives and drive day-to-day execution of all retail marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage online and in-store retail presence to create engaging consumer shopping experiences
  • Develop retail marketing programs to drive sales of AR/VR products in Australia
  • Work closely with other Channel Marketing Managers to achieve team objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a clear record of achievement and success in technology-based consumer marketing
  • Proven knowledge of selling consumer goods within both online and retail capacity
  • Record of leading successful retail marketing programs and go-to-market planning and execution
  • Clear understanding of the retail landscape, particularly in Australia
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Great communication and presentation skills demonstrating business acumen
  • Deep understanding of CE consumer behavior, especially gamers and early adopters
  • Experience working in start-up environments, with ability to prioritize projects to maximize impact
