Burnside Village seeks an exceptional Operations/Facilities Manager to lead retail centre operations, presentation and maintenance activities.
About the RoleThis full-time position reports to the Senior Operations Manager, involving leading day-to-day centre operations, presentation and maintenance.
- Lead centre operations, presentation and maintenance activities
- Manage Maintenance Officers, monitor budgets and control costs
- Analyse operational performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Liaise with internal teams, retailers and external partners
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational efficiency and deliver financial targets
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance centre operations
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with team members
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications in project management, building, construction or related fields (desirable)
- Significant recent success in a similar operational and facilities management role
- Strong commercial acumen to drive operational efficiency and financial outcomes
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and deliver financial targets
- Excellence in communication, organisation, technology use and self-governance
