We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties within a designated area, providing world-class customer service to landlords and tenants, and ensuring that all aspects of property management are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage your own property portfolio of properties, all within reasonable proximity of the Ascot and Nundah suburbs;
  • Use your client-centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants alike;
  • Manage property maintenance and repairs, arrears and lease renewals;
  • Work alongside a supportive team of colleagues who share your passion for property management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current Queensland Salespersons Registration;
  • 1-3+ years' experience as a Property Manager;
  • A current valid QLD Driver's License;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
  • The ability and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
  • A genuine love of property management and people.
