We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead our Merchant Experience Operation team in Australia.
About the RoleThis role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers, merchants, and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Team Development: Foster high-performing teams through effective onboarding, performance coaching, and career advancement.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including workforce planning, schedule optimization, timecard approvals, and maintaining/updating standard operating procedures.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure every customer interaction reflects our high standards and values.
- Process Improvement: Analyze team performance using data, identify trends, and implement scalable solutions.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with analytical skills and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Humble, principled, and people-first, leading with fairness, empathy, and integrity.
