We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources operations within the APAC region and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining up-to-date personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities, such as employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Provide administrative support for the HR department, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Assist with the coordination of training and development initiatives for our employees.
  • Support the HR team in various special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR coordinator or generalist role.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of HR-related software and Microsoft Office suite.
