Key Responsibilities
  • Provide One-to-One Coaching Sessions: Engage with participants to assess their career needs and create personalized action plans.
  • Conduct Career Assessments: Help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
  • Develop Effective Job Search Strategies: Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Network with Community Organizations: Collaborate with community organizations to create opportunities for participants.
  • Ensure Compliance Requirements: Ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Experience in Customer Service: Proven experience in customer service, client-facing, or an administrative role.
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and outlined KPI targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Well-developed verbal and written skills, with the ability to conduct client assessments, develop case plans, and case notes and reports.
  • Interpersonal Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify innovative and lateral solutions to problems.
  • Ability to Develop Relationships: Develop relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders.
