In this rewarding role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to drive meaningful outcomes for clients. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in guiding individuals through their recovery and return-to-work processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Personalised Plans: Create tailored rehabilitation strategies to support clients' recovery and successful return to work, incorporating activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough evaluations to identify clients' needs and barriers to recovery, including functional capacity assessments.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with employers, healthcare providers, and insurers to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
  • Set Achievable Goals: Establish realistic objectives for clients and regularly monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Prepare Detailed Reports: Compile comprehensive documentation for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Offer expert guidance and support to clients and their families, empowering them to navigate the rehabilitation process with confidence.
  • On-Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to evaluate work environments and recommend modifications to facilitate clients' successful return to work.
