Our client is a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Australia, renowned for delivering high-quality customer service and innovative health and work solutions.

Their professional team works collaboratively with companies and schemes to reduce the impact of psychological and physical injury and illness on people, families, and businesses.

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Canberra as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This full-time role involves assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive return to work outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will liaise with various stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees, to facilitate effective communication and case management services.

You will assess workers' transferable skills and potential through early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses, ergonomic assessments, and other means.

A strong communicator with excellent writing skills, you will create reports and marketing materials to promote the WorkSafe Incentive Scheme for Employers to organizations.

This position offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000, plus superannuation and bonuses. Benefits include opportunities for progression, an excellent team culture, mobile and laptop provision, flexible work arrangements, and kilometres reimbursed for personal vehicle use.

To succeed in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy, full registration with AHPRA, and previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation. Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management is also desirable.
