About the Company:

Our client is a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Australia, dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service and innovative health and work solutions.

Job Description:

  • Assess workers' transferable skills and potential through early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses, ergonomic assessments, and case management services.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contact employers to enquire about potential jobs and promote the WorkSafe Incentive Scheme for Employers to organisations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management is desirable
  • Excellent communication, networking, and writing skills
