We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating calls to the most appropriate area or referral based on the callers' need.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-quality customer service and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to maintain a calm and resilient composure under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and online channels
  • Respond to and direct inbound calls and online enquiries
  • Make referrals and transfer callers to the most appropriate service
  • Complete reports in a timely manner

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact by creating a consistent experience for every customer through every interaction. You will work closely with your Team Leader and receive regular check-ins to ensure your success in this role.
