- As a financial leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team, providing financial reporting, budgeting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support the company's long-term financial health.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, to senior leadership. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide in-depth analysis across various metrics to support key strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to provide financial guidance on key initiatives, investment opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Act as a trusted advisor to support commercial decision-making.
- Drive cost control initiatives by monitoring expenses, identifying areas for savings, and implementing financial best practices. Ensure transparency in cost allocation across business units.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a direct report, fostering a high-performance finance function. Delegate tasks effectively and encourage professional growth.
- Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and internal controls. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, and risk management frameworks.
- CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years' finance experience, including business partnering and financial analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise and build rapport with senior stakeholders and manage direct reports.
- Experience working with large, complex structures and proven ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Exposure to partnering and collaborating with IT functions is highly desirable.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills (ERP Systems, Business Intelligence Tools, Excel).
- A high-visibility role partnering with senior executives in the IT function.
