About the Role:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial transparency, manage budgets, and enhance cost-effectiveness across core business operations. As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support the company's long-term financial health.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to provide financial guidance on key initiatives, investment opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Act as a trusted advisor to support commercial decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and internal controls. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, and risk management frameworks.

About You:

  • CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years' finance experience, including business partnering and financial analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise and build rapport with senior stakeholders and manage direct reports.
  • Experience working with large, complex structures and proven ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Exposure to partnering and collaborating with IT function is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills (ERP Systems, Business Intelligence Tools, Excel).
